  Mgr. David Řehák
David Řehák graduated from Charles University Faculty of Law in 1994 and has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 1999. In 1999 he obtained a Diploma in English Commercial Law at the London College of Law. He is a specialist in commercial, competition, intellectual property and real estate law. He also specializes in the provision of legal advice for the audit of projects financed from EU and provide donors funds and has been selected for audit teams as an expert on the basis of International Accounting Standards (IAS 620) – including as an audit advisor on Projects 6 and 7 of the Research and Development Program (DG RTD)
 Mgr. Igor Nikolov
Igor Nikolov graduated from Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague in 2008
and has been registered as an Attorney-at-Law in the solicitor’s list of Czech
Bar Association since 2011. Mgr. Nikolov specializes primarily in commercial,
competition, e-commerce, intellectual property and real estate law. He also
deals with commercial disputes and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
 Mgr. Hana Kolínová
Hana Kolínová is a graduate of Charles University Faculty of Law. She deals primarily with issues related to real estate, intellectual property, civil and labor law.
