REHAK & Co. law firm was established in October 2006 by David Rehak.
REHAK & Co. provides legal services predominantly in the areas of international business transactions, Czech commercial law and company law, intellectual property rights and their protection, competition law and real estate law. The firm serves a number of multinational companies, specifically in the automobile industry and retail distribution of consumer goods and food.
We assist clients specifically in matters of company establishment and registration, other issues related to the companies register and preparation of commercial agreements. The firm represents clients at the Office for Protection of Economic Competition, in commercial disputes, before judicial and arbitration bodies, in international commercial transactions and the preparation of legal opinions.
REHAK & Co. also offers extensive experience in the sphere of protection of intellectual property rights. Services include the submission of national, international and EU trademark applications, trademark inquiries/research, legal assistance in the preparation and conclusion of sponsorship, licensing and commercial agreements related to intellectual property rights, and protection against unfair competition and violation of copyright or intellectual property rights.
